It’s time to register for the Capital AWANA Club

AWANA begins September 13 at Capital Baptist as a part of our online campus. AWANA Clubs provide Bible lessons, fun, fellowship, and Bible memory for all age groups. We are asking all new and returning pre-school and grade school children to register online now at capitalevents.church, so we can be prepared with materials to start.

All registered families will receive a SignUpGenius invitation to select a time on the morning of September 12 to pick up materials and meet with your child’s Club Director.

Here’s a description of the classes we have planned this year:

For 2-year-olds: Families are invited to join us from 4:45 pm to 5:15 pm for an interactive Bible lesson and craft activities. Parental supervision is required.

For Pre-K (3 to 5-year-olds: Join us from 3 pm to 3:30 pm to praise God (sing), learn about God (Bible story), see a puppet show, and recite the Word of God (Bible verses).

For K-2nd grade: Join us from 3:45 pm to 4:30 pm for Green Meadow time and games. Bible verse time with an AWANA leader will be offered at various times during the week.

2019-2020 AWANA Year's Final Store will be on September 12

For clubbers returning to AWANA on September 13, this time slot will also be when you will meet your club director and pick up your club materials for this year.
For our AWAMA Clubbers who participated in last year’s club Saturday, September 12 will be your opportunity to spend the AWANA Shares you earned during our in-person and online classes.

We will have the AWANA Store set up in the Capital Baptist Educational Building's gym for clubbers to “purchase” items. We will have the AWANA Shares on hand and the clubber's share totals recorded.

To ensure proper social distancing we are asking you to sign up by family using this SignUp Genius link: www.signupgenius.com/go/20F094CAFAD2CA3FA7-store. Please park near the end of the parking lot (by the back gate) and walk to the back of the church building.
