Hey there, Fellow Optimizer!!

This is your friendly neighborhood philosopher Brian again! 👋

Hope you're having a great day.

btw: If you want to see how I personally start every single one of my days, you might enjoy our new video series we call "#1's." As in: Here's the behind-the-scenes look at the #1 thing I'm thinking about Today in which I quickly review my Oura score then share some goodness.

You can check that out on whatever social channel you prefer. (Social links if you want to connect/follow/etc: + Podcast + YouTube + Facebook + Instagram + Twitter + Oasis.)

Now...

Today I want to talk about another daily thing I do.

They're called "Optimize +1s."

The basic idea: If we want to change our lives, we'd be wise to remember that, as fun as the "big" changes can be, it's, ultimately, ALL ABOUT showing up day in and day out—locking in your prior gains and getting just a LITTLE BIT better Today. (And tomorrow and...)

THAT is the path to true mastery.

And, helping you achieve THAT is what our Optimize +1 series is all about.

Some of the world's leading thinkers start their days with it. Every day.

Including my friends Tal Ben-Shahar and Mark Divine and even my own Coach/Yoda, Phil Stutz. 🙇‍♂️ (Check out their comments about it below.)

I started the Optimize +1 series thinking I'd bang out 1,000 days in a row just for fun then I kinda got on a roll and decided to stick with it.

You can check them all out in our archive and follow the new ones as they come.

Again, do what feels best for you!

Some people love the Optimize +1s the most. Others love the PhilosophersNotes. While others think Optimal Living 101s are where it's at.

I've tried to develop different types of content to meet you wherever you're at with whatever style you like best.

That is all.

That and, one more time...

LOVE and LET'S DO THIS!!!

Today.

P.S. I can't type the word "mastery" and not think of two books on the subject both called Mastery. One by Robert Greene and the other by George Leonard. Those are another two of my favorite books/Notes. Hope you dig ‘em!

P.P.S. Here are those kind words from friends I promised:
