Registration:
Recommendations regarding conference attendance

In-person attendance: If you expect to attend the conference in person, and this becomes possible based on the authorities’ travel advice, please choose this option. If the authorities’ travel advice do not permit entry into Denmark at the time of the conference, you can be reimbursed for the difference between in-person and online attendance.
Online attendance: If you expect to attend the conference online and from a distance, no matter the authorities’ travel advice, please choose this option.
Change of registration: If you are compelled to switching from in-person to online attendance due to COVID-19 regulations, this is possible until 13 September. Please, inform us by e-mail at Sesconference@plan.aau.dk no later than on 13 September if you wish to change your registration, and we will guide you on the procedure.

Programme:
By mid-September, we will present a detailed programme for the sessions taking place in Aalborg.
The tentative overall timetable is Tuesday 6 October at 8.00-17.00 and Wednesday 7 October at 9:00-16:00. The conference dinner takes place on Tuesday evening.The technical tours take place on 5 October at 13.00-16.30 and on 8 October at 9.00-12.00.
