Hidden Hills Homeowners Association Board of Supervisors Meeting
To all Homeowners
Thank you so much for those of you whom have either mailed your letter via USPS or emailed our office with your letter regarding your concerns of the sinkholes in Hidden Hills. Our encouragement to get your letter or email is particularly important to our neighborhood. We understand there are lots of questions that some homeowners feel are being left unanswered.

One of the questions homeowners are asking is do we have an attorney representing Hidden Hills. Yes, we do, and his name is James Renfroe. We have counted on his professional advice on several occasions in the past and is a professional in the field of Homeowners Associations.
Another question that arises is the idea of being able to bring a lawsuit against the developer, Randy Berg. Filing a lawsuit against Randy Berg, is not off the table, however, pursuing that avenue could well cost the HOA to be tied up for years and years in litigation at a cost that we would not be beneficial to our homeowners at this time.
The more letters and or emails we receive will make a huge impact – the more letters we receive will certainly help in the pursuit of avoiding this special assessment. We really need you to submit your letters and get them in to our office ASAP.
