Our 2020 Annual General Meeting Is Coming Up!

The Oliver Community League is hosting its 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of its membership on October 1st at 6:30 PM. Out of respect for the safety of our members, this year’s AGM will be hosted virtually via Zoom.

At this year's AGM, the following will be discussed:

• Annual Reports of the Board of Directors

• Approval of the 2019 OCL Audited Financial Statements

• Election of the Board of Directors. The following positions are up for election:

o Vice-President

o Treasurer

o Secretary

o Events & Programs Director

o Communications Director

o Peace Garden Park Director

o 3 X Director-at-Large

We require that all those in attendance are members of the Oliver Community League. Membership is free and can be obtained at olivercommunity.com.

All members must register in advance via our Eventbrite link. All registered members will receive the Zoom link in advance of the meeting. This is to ensure the security of the meeting and avoid “zoom bombing”. Registration will close at 12:00 PM noon on October 1st.

If you wish to run for any of the list Board of Directors positions, please indicate so in your Eventbrite registration. If you wish to learn more about any of the positions prior to the meeting, please email vicepresident@olivercommunity.com with any questions.
