This weekend we have the 2020 Pluff Mud Regatta with seven yacht clubs with about 200 sailors, coaches and parents in attendance. Check your email for a photo showing the Team Rigging Locations, which allows for social distancing between the clubs.
This year, it's an invitational only and typical onshore activities are cancelled. However, you can stop by to enjoy a food truck called Murican Border on Saturday night. Read more.
There will be a lot of people so please understand:
Parking: The lawn in front of the pool, near the entrance, will be reserved for participants' vehicles and boat trailers. This will leave limited parking for members' vehicles and trailers.
Dock Space: With more than 75 sailors with their coach and crash boats tied to our floating docks, there will be limited space
for members' boats. If you do tie-up, you may need to raft up or be moved.
Pool Facilities: We will have several families from distant clubs camping out on our property and they will be allowed to use the pool bathhouse. Following racing each day, the sailors will be allowed to use the pool.
