Kent International Jamboree is a truly international experience for Summer 2022  and bookings are now open

The Kent International Jamboree will be THE event of the summer in 2022.

Open to both Scouts and Guides from around the world, KIJ22 offers young people the opportunity to indulge in a truly international experience and realise the full meaning of a Jamboree, with over 5,000 people together for a week of fun, friendships, global experiences, and discoveries in the Garden of England! It's going to be more than just a camp, so what are you waiting for?

Just to update you on the Kent Scouts Community Impact Days for 2020 & 2021

The Shelter4Shelterbox event is currently postponed to Saturday 9th October 2021.

This year instead we are launching a Virtual Community Impact Day for Saturday 10th October 2020.

Attend Reunion from the comfort of your own home, as it’s completely digital this year and free. The programme will include a variety of training sessions and interactive workshops (both live and pre-recorded) as well as the all-important socials.   How to get involved Head over to https://www.scouts.org.uk/events/2020/september/gilwell-reunion-2020/ for full details of everything that is happening. Shout about the event on social media using #Reunion2020 – spread the word across the movement about the annual get-together going digital for the first time ever!  Join the Giwell Reunion 2020 Facebook group to network with other attendees before, during, and after the event. Check out the essential (at home) kit-list online to get what you need for the weekend.  Over the weekend, attend the online workshops, watch Facebook lives and pre-recorded videos.   Get dancing with Scout Radio, who’ll be belting out tunes all weekend. The weekend is completely free but if you’d like to make a donation, you can donate now.

We know that throughout lockdown you guys have kept Scouting going in many different ways and we really want to share those with the rest of Kent Scouts!
