Habitat Build Update - Owen Sound 🔨

We now have a lid! The roof trusses are up and the sheeting has been installed. Next is the shingles.

We have a good start on the basement framing. Thanks to the volunteers who came out this week.

Tuesday we will not be accepting volunteers as the roofers will be on site, Wednesday we begin prepping the exterior walls for siding. Then install siding, soffit and facia.

Save your empty bottles and cans and consider donating them to the bottle drive between September 8 and September 20! Your donation will help families like Christina, Troy and Pauline build stronger, more stable futures.
During store hours between September 8^th and the 20^th drop them off at your local Beer Store and tell them you want to donate the money to Habitat for Humanity Grey Bruce.

We have restricted the number of people we can have on site to 10 so it is imperative that you utilize our Book-a-Shift scheduling program on our web site. Go to www.habitatgreybruce.ca then click the Hammer icon in the top right corner. For new volunteers you will have to register with an email address and watch our Safety Video.
