WEEKLY CLASS SCHEDULE OF LIVE MEETINGS WITH TEACHERS

Tuesday & Thursday

Period 1: 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Period 3: 11:30 am - 12:30 pm

Wednesday & Friday

Period 5: 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Period 7: 11:30 am - 12:30 pm

Get instruction from your teachers, check in and share progress, and get help with your coursework. Be sure to attend the live meetings by contacting your teacher for the meeting link! Most meeting links are posted in Schoology or Google Classroom!

PLEASE DO NOT CALL CLASSROOM PHONES

Due to Distance Learning, many teachers are teaching from home. Messages left on classroom phones are not routinely checked at this time.

Unless you have been instructed otherwise by your teacher, please use email to contact teachers. Teacher emails can be found on our Distance Learning Resource.

FAFSA WORKSHOPS

IRC will be holding 2 online Financial Aid/Financial Literacy workshops at the end of September, primarily showing participants how to apply for FAFSA and the Fee Waiver.

The workshops will also include a training on basic financial literacy skills (banking, budgeting, etc.) The workshops are slated to last about 2.5 hours, will be held in English, and are open to both students and parents.

FINANCE OFFICE

Many purchases can be made through the Braves Web Store. If the Web Store doesn't open in Google Chrome, you can try opening it in another web browser (such as Firefox, Explorer, or Safari).

The ECVHS Finance Office is available in person Monday through Friday from 8am to 11am. You can use cash or card for purchases.
