We have been adding all parents and students to the Remind text message app. That's the channel your group class teacher will use to communicate with every Suzuki family. The messages will tell you if the group class is meeting outside, if it might be by video only, to ask to bring a music stand, to send any assignments, etc. Again, as Mrs. Crawford stated, “Flexibility will be the name of our new tune". We need an efficient and quick way to communicate because things might change from one week to another.

You might want to add another phone number to the group class list, like your child's phone number, or anyone who might be involved in bringing your child to the group classes. To join a class just text the unique class code below to 81010. For example, if you wanted to join the Viola Book 3-4 class with the class code @vlabk34, you would text @vlabk34 to 81010.

Tuesday Group Classes Quick Guidelines:
- You can attend group classes in person or online from home.
- ONLY parents of our youngest students (under 7) are permitted to come to the Tuesday group lessons.
- MASKS will be worn by students and faculty at all times! No exceptions!
- Please sanitize your hands before and after classes. There are hand sanitizing stations all around the building.
- Please tune the instrument to A440 before coming.
- If there is any question about your child’s health (cold, cough, fever) PLEASE do not attend! An online version of your group class is always available.
- Whenever possible, we will be playing outside this year!
- You will notice footprints showing you which doors are used for “IN” doors and which for “OUT.” Also, there is a UP and a DOWN staircase.
- No “hanging out” in the lobby and the lounge is closed.
