Getting Active & Staying Healthy with
St. Michael's House

St. Michael's House are coming to the end of our 8-Week National Physical Activity Education Programme that was delivered to a small group of six service users via Zoom from July to September 2020.
Participants, along with online support from our  St.Michael's House Leisure Centre staff, covered topics such as physical activity, healthy eating, drinking water and how to become more active.
Our amazing participants shared photos of their activities from home and within their local community.  Week 4 culminated in a socially distanced activity class in St. Anne's Park in Raheny.
Congratulations to our amazing group who have shown true commitment to leading healthier and more active lifestyles.
This programme was designed by Cara Sport Inclusion Ireland and funded by Sport Ireland and HSE.
