In all seriousness, I am working on this beautiful Labor Day, but will be taking the afternoon off to get out of the heat and celebrate the birthday of someone I love dearly, so 4:30PM class is cancelled today! Catch a YouTube class OR.. do something that makes your body and mind feel good.
