 Cheltenham BID signs up to the No Child Left Behind community agreement. The No Child Left Behind community agreement was launched on Thursday 3 September. It was launched across the town, which has so far seen over 30 schools and organisations across all sectors commit to working with families in a way that focusses on kindness, understanding and empathy.
