Harold Ingersoll is a partner at Atchley & Associates, LLP. Harold has more than 30 years of leadership experience in consulting, public accounting and the U.S. Air Force. Harold centralizes his practice in mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, litigation support, expert witness consulting and forensic accounting.
Kirk Cesari is an Intellectual Property attorney in Austin, Texas with about 20 years of experience. His practice mainly involves counseling clients on IP strategy, IP licensing and contracts, patent filings, and trademark filings. He is also the executive producer of the #1 rated indie movie about patent trolls filmed in Austin! (assuming there are no others, defaults to #1). 
Ashley Stroud Phillips is currently the Managing Partner for Impact Hub Austin. Ashley is responsible for providing strategic guidance and direction while managing daily operations to ensure that the company achieves its financial vision, mission and long term goals.
Joshua Baer helps people quit their jobs and become entrepreneurs at Capital Factory, Austin's largest coworking space and most active investment fund. Josh founded his first startup in 1996 in his college dormitory at Carnegie Mellon University and now teaches a class at the University of Texas for student entrepreneurs.
​Jill Murphy is an Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Baltimore Field Office.  Prior to that assignment, Jill was overseeing national security investigations in the Austin FBI Office. Jill has worked for the FBI in various jobs, to include at the National Security Council and in the San Francisco FBI Office.
