SALES ANNOUNCEMENT

Thank You Mary!

Mary Applehof, our Sales Manager has decided to retire. We wish her the best in her retirement adventures, would like to thank her for her service to the park, members and co workers. She helped lead the sales department into a record selling season this year. Jenny Austhof who has been working in the sales department with Mary will continue to support ongoing sales and closings. COMMUNICATIONS SURVEY

We'd love your feedback on how effectively we communicated over the 2020 season. Members, Associate Members, Campers and guests are all welcome to take the survey. We'd like your specific opinions on how well we kept you informed on COVID-19 updates, events, cancellations, and other important park news. We'll be giving away a $50 Online Merch & Logo Wear Store gift card to one random person that completes the survey. The survey will close on Sat, 10/31.

PARK INSPECTOR

Permits and Contractors

As we are transitioning to fall in the park, if you do work yourself, or have a contractor do the work for you, permits still need to be issued. When you would like to have your lot lines marked, or your boat stake found, you guessed it, a permit is required for this as well. As soon as the project is done, please get them turned in. Another thing to keep in mind is that gazebos on porches and decks need to be a minimum of 4 feet from your unit per state fire code.

LMGC NEWS

Golf Course Update

The course and Pro Shop close on Sun 11/1 for the season. After Sun 11/1, people can still golf on their own, without cart rentals and flags for $5.00. We ask you put the money in the drop box located by the Pro Shop. We would also like to thank all the volunteers for their help this past season with events we were able to successfully put on. A special thanks to Kim Boer for running the Kid’s League, and to Larry and Lois Mugford for doing the gardens on tee boxes one and three. Keep your eyes peeled for an end of the year sale coming soon!
