Planning is in full swing for a National Boating Week to be held later this month, organised by the BIA, its aim is to get more people involved in the boating lifestyle. And on the Gold Coast, the Sanctuary Cove Boating Festival due to be held in November is shaping up as a bumper event.

Right around the country people are getting on with the business of boating and seemingly managing to do so in a Covid safe way.

Victoria, on the other hand, is still  in lockdown and Melbourne still in Stage 4, but there are positive signs that we're on the right trajectory. Frustrations though are starting to show as lockdown fatigue sets in and we eagerly await the Premiers' announcement next Sunday on the plan to get back to some semblance of Covid normality, as have most of the other states and territories.

In the meantime, we've got all the news, so, sit back, browse through and enjoy the read

Cheers, See you out on the water
