Are you ready to get your new computer?  Have you checked off all the following boxes?
 

1.  Do you have all three parts to your computer ready to be turned in?  Computer? Bag? Charger?  If not, do you have money ready to pay for the missing pieces?

2.  Did you pay the $35 computer usage fee?  If not, you can pay online at www.myschoolfees.com  or bring your check/cash with you when you pick up your new computer.  Remember everyone pays this fee, there is no exemptions.

3.  Do you owe fees from last year?  Band? Choir? Dance? Computer charger?  Class fee?  If so, you can pay now by coming to the front door at GHS or bring a check/cash with you when you come to pick up your new computer.

4.  Do you owe cafeteria fees from last year?  You can pay at www.ezschoolpay.com or bring a check/cash with you when you come to pick up your new computer

Having all the boxes checked will make your stop at the fee tent go that much faster!!

Your student number is the number that begins with an S.  You can find this number in the demographic section of your INOW account.

Remember there is a 3.5 % fee attached to this site.

 
 

The College Board plans for AP exams to be administered at our school in May. All exams must be ordered on Monday, October 5, 2020. To place your exam order, the entire exam fee must be paid on or before Friday, October 2, 2020. Any exams ordered after Friday, October 2, 2020 will incur a fee of $40 per exam
in addition to the exam fee.  

 

There is no AP exam cost for students who qualify for fee waivers, however cancellation and late fees will be the responsibility of these students if they make changes after Friday, October 2, 2020. Qualifying students will receive a letter from their AP teacher with important information that must be signed and returned by Friday, September 11, 2020. 

 


AP Exam Fees and Payment Options: 

Each content area AP exam is $95. Each AP Capstone (Seminar or Research) exam is $143. Again, there is no AP exam cost for students who qualify for fee waivers.  
 

AP exam fees may be paid electronically with a debit or credit card at www.myschoolfees.com. AP exam fees may also be paid with a check and mailed to the school. Include “AP Exam Fees for (student’s name)” on the check memo line.

The College Board plans for the PSAT/NMSQT exam to be administered at our school this Fall. Currently, we are still working to secure the firm date for the exam. Regardless of the exam date, all exams must be ordered on Monday, September 14, 2020. No late orders can be placed for this exam. To place your exam order, the exam fee must be paid on or before Friday, September 11, 2020.

 

PSAT/NMSQT Exam Fee and Payment Options:  

The PSAT/NMSQT exam is $17. The exam fee may be paid electronically with a debit or credit card through www.myschoolfees.com. AP exam fees may also be paid with a check and mailed to the school. Include “PSAT/NMSQT Exam Fee for (student’s name)” on the check memo line.

Huntsville City Schools (HCS) will deliver meals to students in select neighborhoods and community centers beginning Monday, Aug. 31, 2020.

The HCS Child Nutrition Department (CNP) will deploy school buses and the district’s Summer Food Service van weekdays from 11 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. at the following locations:

-Boys and Girls Club
-Cherokee Bend Apartments
-Garden Cove
-Meadow Hills
-Merrimac Manor
-Northwoods area
-Olympia Gardens Apartments
-Parks and Recreation (Apollo)
-Rain Tree Apartments
-Shady Grove Mobile Homes

Employees will wear masks and gloves to promote health and safety. Meals will include breakfast and lunch served together in a grab-and-go container. Students must be registered in HCS and qualify for free and reduced lunches or have a positive lunch balance in order to receive meals according to guidelines from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Additionally, the CNP Department is providing curbside meal service at all schools. All children who attend schools under the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) receive free meals. Students who do not attend a CEP school who quality may receive free and reduced meals. All other students need a positive lunch account balance to receive meals. Parents or guardians may pick up meals without students present. Meals may be picked up at any Huntsville City School.


 
 

 

HOW to find the HCS Parent Portal for Student Grades and Schedules

  • Go to Huntsville City Schools main web page,

  • Under Parent Info on the upper right side of the page select Grades Online. 

  • Go to Parent Portal Information CLICK on the Link to Parent Portal.  Use that link to access Inow. 

  • The schools will be the point of contact for all parent access for their student in the Home/Parent Portal. 

  • Schools will provide username/password after verifying that the parent is able to receive student data information for the student
