We’re kicking off our first weekend of community gaming on Discord this Labor Day weekend, September 4-6!
If you swing by our Discord, you’ll find information on running and playing games during our Community Gaming Weekend. There’s a whole calendar you can use to keep track of the games you’re playing and running and a reminder system to make sure you don’t miss something you’re scheduled for.

What is Community Gaming? One of the pieces of feedback we consistently received is that you want to play games with your friends, but you struggle to connect and find others to play with. To that end, we've added this space to help you. While you can schedule and play games at any time, we will also host community gaming once a month in an effort to lock down a set time and place you know others will be around to game.
Community Gaming is entirely community run, and while we will still enforce our anti-harassment policy and will continue to make it a safer space, it's here to help you find the games each other are running. Unlike official Gen Con events that are scheduled for one of our conventions, we won't review any games or be there to troubleshoot any issues you might be having during the games themselves.
How does Community Gaming work? Our games and scheduling uses RPG Schedule Bot, an easy-to-use bot that allows you to create events in their web interface where it will get linked in the #community-schedule channel. Check the #community-gaming-faq channel on our Discord server for more information.
