Heading into Another Phase
Ahh – deep exhalation. I am actually looking forward to settling down for the winter, spending more time at home and enjoying the wood burning stove. It has been a busy summer and fall. I am grateful for all my travel blessings and connections made with the two wonderful groups I have studied with. In case you didn't know, I have been immersed for a week at a time every month, sometimes every other month in Craniosacral Therapy Training. This work is so enriching, and I look forward to integrating into my practice.
One last update on me – my book is in the design phase, so I hope to have it available to you all soon! Also, I am settled in my new office space. I love it and you will too! It is so much roomier. I am loving all the phone connections (Telecare) with you all and making healthcare work for our needs during these times. I am typically booked two weeks out, so please plan accordingly.
Keep positive and remember to keep up on having good self-care! I believe now, more than ever it is important to strive for balance. Not only for ourselves but for the bigger picture. When we come into balance, we bring contribute to the balancing of the collective. I’ll share with you a little about how I prioritize myself and health.
