Whimsical Writings for Well-Being

Peace and serenity can sometimes be elusive when we get wrapped up in our negative thoughts, feel stressed out, have difficulty concentrating, and the list goes on. Find out how The Benefits of Journaling offer a way to bring a sense of well being by reducing stress, improving immune system and improve cognitive function. Best of all, very little equipment is needed! So grab your pen and paper, or even type out your thoughts on a computer.

To bring about a mindfulness through journaling, here is a
Whimsical Writing prompt to get started:

The Germans call the strong urge for travel wanderlust, literally a desire for wandering. The word wanderlust really captures the dreamy passion travelers share. When in your lifetime have you experienced wanderlust, and simply followed your desire to head out on an adventure with no particular plans? Where did you visit?

Digging deeper... What was fulfilling about this trip? What were some challenges you overcame that made you emotionally stronger?
