Help please!
Earlier in March or April, I lent out 3 rollers. I can account for 2. Is there anyone out there who has one of my rollers on loan?

Bands and Balls and Tubes are In!


I'm almost out of Bands, Balls, Tubes. If you are planning to zoom in this winter, you will need your own equipment. We will be using these in classes in the fall. I have ordered more of everything and the order is coming in a couple weeks. Let me know what you need. BTW, this is high quality equipment. 
We will be using these stability balls in the fall classes. 

The top two balls are new from my distributor. They are $55.ea.

The bottom two balls  are new but were donated to me by other members. They are not the same quality as my balls but they are FREE ...  a little gift to the donor would be nice too : ) FCFS.

You will need a specific size ball for your height but I can help you with that.

Nordic Walking Clinic
Mondays, Sept. 21, 28, Oct. 5, 2020
7pm

Nordic Walking is the dry land version of Nordic Skiing. Using your upper and lower body for walking means you burn more calories & more body fat than walking.
Using your upper and lower body muscles for Nordic Walking means we use more than 90% of our body's total muscle mass which means we build more muscle mass for burning calories and body fat, not to mention muscle tone... while we walk walk!

 Come join us for a walk and a chin wag. We are social beings and Bonnie says we are much safer outside where there is lots of air flow. Come be social and active outside where we are covid safe and free to make friends. This is free to whomever wants to join. Bring your poles if you want to Nordic Walk or just come walk. Come meet new people or reconnect with people you have not see for a while. The dike is very wide, so we can walk abreast safely. Join us every or any Monday that you can.

R&R offers  a series of gentle release techniques to improve postural alignment, reduce pain, increase mobility and regain stability. Expect to reduce or eliminate back, hip and neck pain.   1. Zoom All you need is a device with a camera. phone, tablet, laptop, desktop. And a space to stand or lay down on the floor. Its easier than you think :)
  2.  Outdoors with Physical Distancing. Parks and Beaches are the best places to get fit anyway : ) Up to 4 members/session.
  3. In the Studio; I am able to accomodate 1 client or 2+ if you are from the same house/bubble.
Jackie and I would like to invite you to join our small group of like minded people for personal training? We have room for ... 2 more members to join us outside for 12 weeks starting in Sept. There will be an under cover option for any really wet days. It's still personal training,  you still have your own individualized program and you still get me as your trainer : ) you just share me with your training partners.
