Annual Briarcreek Neighborhood Dues
September 1st starts our new fiscal year which means it's time to replenish the neighborhood funds. It only takes a moment to pay online with your credit card. You may also mail a check (or drop off) a check with Carrie Lohr, our neighborhood treasurer. Please click the link below and complete the form. You'll receive a confirmation email with mailing instructions. Plus, it helps keep the neighborhood directory up-to-date.

A few key items that the dues pay for:
- mowing and maintaining the grounds and landscaping at Rockwell & Britton,
- water for the entrances and perimeter landscaping,
- repairs to electric, drip system & sprinklers,
- and other miscellaneous management and maintenance costs.
A strong neighborhood association is vital to maintaining our neighborhood and protecting our property values. It assures a safe and beautiful Briarcreek neighborhood. We are a community of neighbors working together to maintain our neighborhood as a desirable place to live, raise our families and retire. Projects and general maintenance are made possible through dues revenue.
The 2020-2021 fiscal year began September 1 and extends through August 31st. Dues are only $75.00 per year, per home.
Neighborhood Garage Sale Weekend
September 25, 26, 27
The annual Briarcreek garage sale weekend is just around the corner. Some neighbors will have sales on Friday and Sunday and some will extend theirs through Sunday.
We will place large banners on Rockwell and Britton and will market your garage sale on social media. Share your address on the Briarcreek neighborhood's Facebook page so we all know who is participating. We will get the word out to shoppers from around the city and to neighbors. It's a great opportunity to walk the neighborhood, chat with neighbors and purchase gently used treasures.
