Historical Lecture Series 
Join the Historical Society of Palm Beach County as they present guest lecturer Ken Breslauer on Thursday, September 17 from 2 - 3 p.m. via Zoom. Breslauer will be speaking on his book Florida Roadside Attractions History - The Complete Guide to Florida Tourist Attractions Before Disney. He specializes in the study of Florida's commercial archaeology and the material culture of Florida travel. Cost to attend is free and registration is required. A Show On The Go 
For some socially distant fun, the City of West Palm Beach presents Show On The Go – a drive-in movie experience. The next showing will be “Hook” on Thursday, September 12. Gates open at 6 p.m. and the movie starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 per vehicle or $30 for a VIP experience that includes a premier viewing location in the first 2 rows, a family 4-pack of popcorn, non-alcoholic beverages, and candy. Calling All Artists! 
The ArtiGras Fine Arts Festival is looking for an artist to design its next poster for the 36th annual festival. The festival will be held during Valentine's day weekend with thetheme of "The Love of Art," The deadline to apply is Friday, September 25.
