Well, I had no idea yesterday that I would be writing this email to you today. Sid Dickens has decided that one of his newest releases, Celestial Tree, will be retiring tomorrow, Friday. Yes, I'm completely surprised, too! This and the beautiful owl, Insight, have been by far the most coveted tiles in the Enchanted Woods collection. Celestial Tree will be sadly missed for sure. It's such a beautiful tile, and is essentially in the territory of limited edition at this point.
I never want people to feel like I'm pressuring them, but I do want to let you know that I very highly recommend that you order this tile now if you've had your eye on it. This incredibly short release time (only 2 months!) leads me to believe that this will be a very difficult tile to find in the future.
To be honest, it's also very helpful for us in figuring out how many to order tomorrow. I would be rather distressed if it turned out we didn't order nearly enough and ran out before our wonderful collectors (you!) all had a chance to add it to your collections.

This tile is still technically a pre-order. With the Sid Dickens team still working hard to catch up from all the Covid-related obstacles they've been facing, our first two shipments of this tile are already sold out. We're hoping to get this final order of Celestial Tree toward the end of the month or possibly October. I just want to be very up front about the timing so there are no surprises.

On the note of timing, I want to thank you so so much for your patience with the Sid Dickens team as they work super hard to get our orders out. I know their website orders are backed up until October, and thankfully they're able to accommodate our orders earlier. With the longer ship times, we have been experiencing backorders on some tiles. I do want to reassure you that any orders placed are being fulfilled completely, and we do have a lot of items in stock as always. There are just a higher number of backorders than normal, and you all have been so kind and supportive and patient as we work on this with the Sid studio. Thank you for supporting small creative businesses all the time, and especially this year. It really means the world to us, and to the Sid Dickens team. We're so lucky!

I've also included the batch of memory blocks that are scheduled to retire at the beginning of December. They'll be retired before we know it (it still always sneaks up on me and this is my job lol!).
