If you need help setting up or reconnecting your grill's Wi-Fi, go to our website and check out our instructional videos. We recently added a new video that demonstrates how to reconnect your Wi-Fi for cart models and will have one specifically for built-in models very soon!
In addition to adding more technical assistance through videos, we have also added to our Tech Support team! With more people staying at home, we have experienced an increase in business and call volume. To be able to provide expanded hours and customer service, we now have more staff available to answer your questions and provide tech assistance.
