Two Weeks Left to Sell Your Raffle Tickets!

There are two more weeks until our first-ever Virtual Hollydays Market opens, which means there’s limited time left to sell your tickets! Thank you to our members who have sold raffle tickets for Hollydays. We’re getting closer to our fundraising goal each day.

Hours Fulfillment: If you have completed physical packets, be sure to turn those into the League office as soon as possible. It will help us keep an accurate record of your hours earned. Each additional full $50 packet is the equivalent of two fundraising volunteer hours. To fulfill hours, you’ll need to sell FIVE full packets. You may also sell your tickets online at shophollydays.org/raffle but make sure your name is included in the member field.

Fundraising Toolkit: We created an easy-to-use toolkit with email templates and social media posts highlighting how the money we raise goes back into our work supporting the community. Click here to download. We are posting these same items to our social media pages (Facebook/Instagram/Twitter) if you want to share directly from us.

Special Event Details: There are a limited number of tickets still available for this year’s special events - Saturday with Santa and the Night of Giving Gala. Even though these are in-person, your health and safety, as well as our community’s, continue to be a priority for us. Both special events are primarily outside with limited indoor access. Masking will be enforced throughout both events. All outdoor areas will be laid out to allow for adequate social distancing for the duration of the events. Numerous hand sanitizer stations will be positioned throughout the locations. We will follow the guidelines provided by the Governor and Fire Marshall regarding special events.

Saturday with Santa will have additional measures taken. When guests arrive, they will be greeted and given color-coded wristbands for their time slot. Guests will be asked to remain in their car until their time is called. Children will not be able to sit on Santa’s lap this year for his safety, and theirs. Babies and toddlers who are unable to stand on their own may be held in the photo with their adult.

We hope that you are able participate in one of these events, and at the Virtual Hollydays Market! We can’t wait to see the great items you’re able to snag for the holidays this year.
