As you probably know, I am the ONLY REFORM CANDIDATE on the ballot in Long Beach this November, proudly endorsed by and a board member of the Long Beach Reform Coalition.

We proudly fought back against self-serving charter amendments, we stopped the Water Board from using taxpayer dollars for politics, and we are FIGHTING FOR A RECOUNT OF MEASURE A in court as we speak.

The time for action to save our city and build the reform movement is NOW.  If you are upset that City Hall constantly:

• Raises taxes by lying to ballot measure voters about where the money will go
• Tries to sell out your peaceful, diverse neighborhood to developers
• Spends ungodly amounts of money on massive BOONDOGGLES like the billion dollar civic center, the unusable $12 million North Long Beach homeless shelter/cannabis warehouse, the $9 million burger stand on the beach, the multi-million dollar city hall flatscreen tv, and the list goes on and on and on…
• Extends its own term limits while saying it’s “strengthening” term limits
• Never addresses the $1+ billion pension crisis with pension reform of the “$100k Club”, $200k Club”, and “$300k Club” of City Hall employees (more than 1,600!)
• Pays lip service to affordable housing while doing everything possible to destroy housing in Long Beach and displace longtime residents
• Hands all your hard-earned tax dollars to special interest groups, whether they be city bargaining units, developers, energy interests, or companies with big city contracts…

…then you know what to do!
