New Permit to Allow Disabled Customers Easier Exit from Municipal Garages

Our goal is to make sure every visitor to the municipal garages has a positive experience and can enter and exit as quickly and easily as possible. This is why we are launching an “accessibility permit” for people with disabled placards or plates.

The new permit will allow disabled customers to park for up to 24 hours (as permitted by ordinance) and exit the garage by swiping the permit – without needing the assistance of an ambassador.

The pass will be valid at all three municipal garage facilities – Marketplace, Lakeview and College Street garages.

Free Parking for Restaurant and Retail Employees Extended Until End of 2020

Eligible employees at restaurant and retail establishments in Burlington can forget about paying for parking until 2021. One less thing to think about, right? 

The restaurant and retail parking pass will be valid at Lakeview and College Street garages and you can get it by signing up at the link below. 

If you or someone at your place of work already signed up to FlexVal, you don't need to sign up again. Your login is the same. 

If you had a pass valid until the end of September, then the contact person at your organization will need to login into FlexVal and print you a new pass that will be valid until the end of December. Detailed instructions on how to do that here.
