Well if you believe like me that the seasons change on the equinox or solstice then Spring (in the Southern Hemisphere) officially started yesterday! Yay.
I certainly have noticed that days are beginning earlier and I have on occasion had Matthew (my younger son) telling me that it is not bedtime yet because it is still light outside! mmmm.
Thankfully by the time his bedtime rolls around it has darkened and he has curtains that are dark so no arguments there!
How are you feeling? It feels a little like we skipped part of this year because how can it be that we are heading into the last quarter of the year?
I'm excited to share with you that I am in the process of creating my coaching program that is going to help you reset your hormones and flatten your belly in 90 days.

In today's lunch 'n learn I sharing some benefits of easy to find superfoods that you can add to your smoothies. Do you use smoothies? They are so much quicker to prepare than fiddling about with eggs or making porridge.
Plus they are a great way to add to a variety of foods because can add not only fruits but vegetables, superfoods and protein.
Just this morning my smoothie included a banana, some steamed carrot and sweet potato and a few leaves of lettuce along with my protein powders and flaxseed.
One of the superfoods I mention is chia seeds.
I love them because they have everything your body needs to stablise blood sugars so that you don't have sugar cravings. Do you use them?
