I was looking through the 24-hour stamp sale that starts tomorrow, and realized I have a BIG problem!
Way too many of those sets are on my wishlist!
I narrowed it down and my list still has seven sets on it! I know Stampin' Up said "no limits" but they weren't thinking of my checkbook when they said it : )
What do you do when that happens? Well, here's a couple of pro tips on how to narrow it down to a final selection:
First, think about what seasons and celebrations are coming up next. The catalog isn't halfway done yet, so there will be time to get other sets before they're gone (albeit not on sale anymore.) Next, think about what "holes" there are in your collection currently. Do you have enough sentiments? A good masculine set? Something for kids? Stamps that could work for sympathy and get well cards? Last, go with your gut! if you just really love a set, you'll be more creative with it. Yes, even if it's "another" floral or butterfly set!
I hope those tips help you as you think over what you want to add to your collection. I'm offering any class files for FREE if you purchase that set and don't already have the class, too--so don't worry about having enough ideas to get started with them.
