Rent is now due
The rent for next year for your plot is now due. If we have a valid email address for you on the members' register, you will have received an email yesterday. For those few where we do not have an email, you will soon receive a letter.
If you do not receive a form, please contact plots@caga.org.uk.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the rent is paid. If your rent is not paid by the end of October, you may lose your plot, even if you have not received a form.
Please ensure you check and update your details on the form, including indicating whether you want your plot judged. Then just pop the signed form and the rent in a sealed envelope.
Rent can be handed in at the allotment shop at the following times:
- Saturday 3rd Oct 2pm to 4pm
- Sunday 4th Oct 2pm to 4pm
- Saturday 10th Oct 2pm to 4pm
- Sunday 11th Oct 2pm to 4pm
Committee Meeting Minutes
The minutes from the September committee meeting are now available on our website.
New plot letter
Frans has stepped down as plot letter but will continue to look after the website.
Rod Lavers is taking over as plot letter and will be responsible for collecting the rent.
No AGM this year
As previously communicated, due to Covid-19 this year’s AGM will not take place.
Please stay safe and look after yourself.
