Team,
Although we are not finished with COVID-19 crisis, we have come a long way. During the six months that we have been dealing with the pandemic we’ve put into place programs and policies that were new to us and to the industry. In order to improve what we are currently doing and to improve our future response to this type of crisis, we want to find out what worked well and what didn’t. The best way for us to learn how to move forward is to study the past so that we build upon the successful points and don’t repeat the mistakes in the future.
In keeping with our company mission – to make life better: for our team, our customers, and our clients - we have asked an outside consultant, Mel Stevens, to conduct a survey of all StrasGlobal Team members, customers, and clients to find out how things went. In the next day, or so, you will receive a survey with instructions on how to answer it, return it, and the deadline to turn them in. Please take the time to give the questions some thought and let us know your honest, and full, answer to the questions. We want to hear about the good, the bad, and the ugly parts of our COVID-19 response.
We need your help so that we can do better in the future and continue improving our company. Thank you for your help.
