Dear Friends,
 
The Yomim Noraim are a time for introspection and to set goals for our personal and communal growth for the coming year. Our shul has grown by leaps and bounds over the last year and a key component has been bringing in Rabbi Benny and Sara Berlin. Since joining us in June, they’ve brought in seven young families, increased our programming dramatically, brought in dynamic youth and teen directors and have raised awareness of our shul through traditional and social media.
 
As we look toward next year and set goals, our hope is for our shul to be the address for youth and teen programming in Long Beach, to develop even more engaging learning opportunities and to continue to be a community where young couples and families look to call their home.
 
We know that our shul can achieve great heights next year but in order to so, we need your help.
 
As you consider your pledge for the coming year, please keep in mind all that the shul provides for our community. Our community needs have increased for the coming year and we would therefore appreciate your increasing your annual donation. A special category has been added, "To help offset effects from the pandemic, please increase last year's pledge by 19%," kindly consider that commitment.
