Peace is not Quiet

Rev. Lisa Bovee-Kemper
Jackie Weddington
Dionisio Camacho

International Day of Peace was established in 1981 by unanimous United Nations resolution.  Also called “Peace Day,” it provides a globally shared date for all humanity to commit to Peace above all differences and to contribute to building a Culture of Peace. In honor of this day, we will explore the challenges and rewards of seeking peace in a chaotic world.

NOTE ON THE LIVESTREAM: Even though we try to avoid using copyrighted materials in our services, Facebook's algorithms sometimes mistakenly identify our content as a copyright infringement and disrupt our service. If our service is interrupted, wait a few minutes and then refresh your web browser. The new live video should show up.

Service Link
We will be broadcasting via Facebook Live. Click on the hyperlink any time after 10:40 AM Sunday and the live video should be available (it will have a red label in the corner). The service will not start until 11:00 AM, but announcements and music by Dionisio will begin at 10:46.  You do not have to have a Facebook account to access the link. The video will be saved and available for viewing at the same link shortly after the service is completed.

You do not have to have a Facebook account to access the link. If you do have a Facebook account, click on the link now. It will take you to Upcoming Live Videos, and you will be able to click on "Get Reminder." When it's time for the video to go live, you will get a reminder in your Facebook feed, which will take you directly to the video. The video will be saved and available for viewing at the same link shortly after the service is completed.
