It's Constitution Day—a day we love each year at the Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection.  Actually, every day is Constitution Day for us, because we spend each day fighting for constitutional rights and values.

ICAP also continues to lend our voice to enhance public understanding of burning legal issues of the day.  Check out ICAP Legal Director Mary McCord explaining the law applicable to private militias on Diane Rehm's podcast, as well as ICAP Faculty Director Neal Katyal and Executive Director Joshua Geltzer discussing what the latest high-profile resignation from Trump's Justice Department means for the rule of law in the New York Times.
Keep up with ICAP on Twitter via @GeorgetownICAP; and suggest what we should take on next via reachICAP@georgetown.edu.

With thanks for your continued support, The ICAP Team
