GOLF TOURNEY QUESTIONS
Hello from CSLA! We were planning to hold our 9th annual C.S. Lewis Golf Classic on Friday, October 9 at Chehalem Glenn (noon shotgun scramble). However, with our focus on starting school in a new way and then the fires that have affected so many, we are WAY behind setting things up.
So, we have 2 simple questions:
1. While we won't hold you to this answer (we will confirm later)...IF we go forward with our tournament this year, would you plan to participate?
2. If yes...in what way(s) do you see yourself participating?
- Player? (if you will play..will you want to sign up as an individual or will you put a foursome together?)
- Sponsor? (presenting, hole, carts, driving range, etc.)
- Gift donation for our popular RAFFLE? (wine, gift cards, theme baskets, golf equipment, etc.)
- Volunteer? (day of event help)
With this information we can determine if the tournament is feasible this year or if we should delay until spring. It's still 3 weeks away so we really believe we can put together a good event, but we want to know our supporters are with us! This year the proceeds will benefit our school's additional costs due to Covid 19 (technology, PPE, etc.). Details on player fees, registration forms, etc. will be sent out Monday or Tuesday if we decide the tournament is a go!

If you cannot play, sponsor or donate this year, no problem, there's no need for a reply..we'll catch you next year!
