Director, work2future

Experience is the best teacher and can be the hardest thing to come by.  Sometimes you can't get your foot in the door to prove yourself.  Other times, you can't see a direction and wish you could try out a couple of options.

Whether you are joining [or rejoining] the workforce or just looking for a change, the programs at work2future can get you the work experience and training you need to make your next career move.  You can apply the skills you already have or classroom knowledge to something new with the Work Experience program.  Want to supercharge a new career? Earn while you learn with work2future on-the-job training and apprenticeship programs.  Your personal work2future career coach can review the available options with you to find the best match.

We are currently accepting participants and employer partners for an exciting program: San Jose CARES WEX. An excellent choice to get people back to work quickly with great employers. Funded by the City of San Jose and presented in partnership with Bridge to Recovery, SJ CARES WEX provides income assistance for lower-income individuals who lost jobs during the COVID-19 pandemic.

San Jose CARES WEX is here only through the end of the year, so if you are interested in participating, contact us soon.
