Greetings Friends!
Our online worship services will be prerecorded which will allow us to include many faces and voices; even from those not currently living here. It will not involve using the livestream equipment or accessed through livestream.com, so I wanted to let you know 3 different ways you can see the service.
1. Go to www.saintmichaels-sanibel.org and the link will be at the top of the home page by Saturday afternoon. Simply click on the link to start the service. All previous services will be archived under the “worship” tab so you can view them anytime.
2. It will “premiere” on the SMAA Facebook page at 10:30 a.m. https://www.facebook.com/Saint-Michael-and-All-Angels-Episcopal-Church-Sanibel-174306602639405 When you go to our Facebook page at 10:30 a.m. the video will start automatically. I will be online and will be responding to any comments that are posted. You can watch it anytime after 10:30 a.m. as well. It will remain as a post on our page. Be sure to “like” our Facebook page by clicking on the "thumbs up" by our name.
3. You can watch it on our newly created YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCRiUjxz0LiDo53eMI4uhkzg
It will be listed in the “videos” section once we publish it on Saturday afternoon. Again, all services will remain on the YouTube channel to be seen anytime. Please click on the red “subscribe” button for our channel.
For any of these options; if you have a Smart TV connected to the internet, you can watch it on your TV as well. Susie Wilson has volunteered to talk to anyone on the phone and walk them through getting connected; so feel free to reach out to her.
There will be opportunities coming up for those who would like to be a part of future services by recording responses, prayers of the people and readings. Stay tuned for details on how you can record yourself, have a friend or family member record you or stop by church to be recorded.
