About the Project:
The North Austin Reservoir, located near North Lamar Blvd and Koenig Lane, was built in 1913. The reservoir stores potable water to maintain sufficient volume to provide to customers in this area. The reservoir has exceeded its useful life and it is time to build a new modern reservoir and pump station to improve reliability of the water distribution system. Project Funding:
This project is partially funded with Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) funding through the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). DWSRF funding is administered through the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB – DWSRF Project No. 62854)
