From the Safeguarding Children and Young People in Herefordshire Partnership

On behalf of the Safeguarding Children and Young People in Herefordshire Partnership I would like to invite you to take part in the consultation of the attached document that will replace “Herefordshire Levels of Need Threshold Guidance - Multi agency guidance on meeting the needs of children, young people and their families in Herefordshire”.
Please can you disseminate within your organisation and networks to maximise the opportunity for professionals to share their views
CONSULTATION QUESTIONS Please could you provide a response to the following questions:
Do you think the title of the document is suitable? – can you suggest an alternative, shorter title that may be easier for professionals to refer to?
Does the document provide all of the information you would expect it to? – is anything missing and if so, what?
Is there anything in the document that you believe is inaccurate and if so please specify what and please provide the correct information
Are there sufficient example indicators in the Appendix 1 Practitioners guide to determining need?
Is there anything missing out of appendix 2 and if so are you able to provide that information?
The responses to the consultation will be drawn together by a multiagency task group to inform the final draft of the document that will be sent to the Safeguarding Partners Board for approval. Once approved, we will disseminate the document to all organisations working with and for children and young people in Herefordshire.
