Go to the OK Message Project Facebook page. You will see a video scheduled to "premiere" at 7:00 pm. The post says "tune in to watch live." If you click "get reminder," and have your notifications on, Facebook will send you a reminder to watch right before it starts. If you don't, go to this same Facebook video premiere at 7:00 pm and click "watch now." The first 30-minutes will show the sponsors and auction items to give you time to bid. The program will begin at 7:30 pm, so stay tuned in! Comment live in the chat feed with everyone that is watching! The auction will remain open until 10:00 pm.
Click the streaming icon on the top right of the Facebook video to send the video to a streaming device, such as Apple TV, Roku, or Amazon Fire.

Are You a Host Home or Planning to Watch Live?

Here Is What to Do?
  • Find a comfortable place where you or your guests can gather around a computer or television.
  • Set up your computer or television to be able to show Facebook. There are many ways you can do this, depending on the technology you have available. You will need to have a wi-fi connection. Further instructions are available below for download.
  • Set up and test that you can watch a video from Facebook on your TV well before your guests arrive. You want to make sure it's working and ready to go — test in advance, not minutes before. Sometimes set up might be tricky and you might need to troubleshoot.
  • Let your guests know about the event details and how to sign up to participate in the silent auction. The links are on the OK Messages Facebook page and in this email.
  • The auction has started and will continue until 10:00 pm.
  • The raffle has started and will continue until midnight on Sunday. Raffle tickets are only available for purchase on a desktop computer and not a mobile device.
  • Go to the Facebook event on the OK Messages Project website at 7:00 pm. The sponsors of the event as well as auction items will run for 30-minutes to give your guests time to arrive.
  • There will be a QR code that appears on the screen every few minutes. You can use a mobile device to take you straight to the auction using the camera on your phone.
  • The program will automatically begin at around 7:30 pm.
  • Use Facebook's live chat feed to communicate with others that are watching the program and participating in the auction.
  • After the program the auction will continue.
  • If you miss the event, the program will be posted on YouTube and Facebook at 8:00 pm and will remain there indefinitely.
