Hello again from MaryAnn. It’s fall. Fall 2020.
It feels so good to reconnect.
In June, I started to write my seasonal newsletter.
I kept drawing a blank. I wasn’t working in my office. COVID cases were skyrocketing in Austin. I didn’t know what to even say, so I just let it go.
I wondered if it was time to hang up my shingle.
Now the fall solstice approaches, and I have something to share.
First, thanks to those of you who scheduled phone sessions and consultations during these last few months.
Working is a meaningful and sacred part of my life. I appreciate the opportunities to connect and be of service that you offer me.
Second, the COVID count here has gone down enough that I am going back to work in my office, with a few changes.
I’m easing back into bodywork by working one day a week in my office, on Tuesdays, 12-6 pm CST. When demand is there and it feels safe, I’ll add more days. Here’s a full list of my current offerings.
Third, I have no idea how long COVID will be around, but people with jaw issues are suffering. Dentists are seeing more cracked teeth due to clenching and grinding. Stress is running high.
To that end, I’m offering a Self-Help for Jaw Pain course on Zoom, and the first class starts Thursday, September 24.
We’ll release tension in all the jaw and related muscles, external and internal, as well as reduce stress, change habits, and work with tension patterns in the body.
You can check it out on my revamped website, maryannreynolds.com. As of this moment, there are 5 spaces left. If this resonates with you, I hope you’ll take the next step.
