As founder of Securico Security Services, she is leading the transformation of the security industry landscape in Zimbabwe. Through her conscious and deliberate efforts, women are now accepted in the private security sector with Securico employing more than 900 women, arguably the largest employer of women in Zimbabwe outside the civil service. She is a role model for so many other women entrepreneurs on the continent and globally who want to make a difference.
