Happy Fall Gorgeous!!
It's been so nice connecting with so many of you lately and getting back to our regularly scheduled programing of styling appointments etc! Many of you have said the extra quarantine weight has been a bit of a struggle. We're all in the same boat and it's important to give ourselves grace and patience when it comes to getting dressed, looking in the mirror and maintaining kind self talk. We're all adjusting till we can find our routine and what works for us. What I recommend to remedy this temporary situation is to buy things that will fit you when the extra fluff comes off. Things with stretch, are adjustable or that have a roomy fit. I don't know about you guys, but I intend to live this fall swaddling myself in comfy fleeces, teddy coats and elastic waistbands. Which is why the Iggy Faux Fur Hooded Half-Zip Pullover from UGG is perfect for the season. I'm pretty obsessed with UGGs clothing line release in general. All the color combinations are so cute and the designs are modern. Though this may sound crazy to some... you can of course wear this pull over casually but what about pairing it with a silky skirt and combat boot? FUN! I have found for myself its been important to stay creative and try to find a way to make the mundane things I'm doing more inspired and beautiful. So rather than just putting on whatever works for the day I think about ways to make an outfit more... fun/luxe/unique etc. It's been fun to challenge myself and when in doubt theres always Pinterest to get those creative juices flowing. Join me in wearing something different, trying something new and injecting creativity into your daily life whether it be your wardrobe or elsewhere. Worst case scenario... it doesn't work! So what? Try again! Let's not sacrifice the beauty life has to offer because of our current limitations.
