Comme vous le savez, notre Assemblée Générale aura lieu mercredi prochain, le 23 septembre.
 
Si vous avez choisi de participer en personne, merci de suivre les instructions sous le point A ci-dessous
Si vous avez choisi de participer à distance / par visio-conférence, passez directement au point B
 
Dans les deux cas nous avons décidé cette année de faire les votations sous forme électronique et sécurisée par la blockchain, permettant une participation en présentiel ainsi qu’à distance. C'est la raison pour laquelle nous vous transmettons un code unique et personnel qui vous permettra de voter pendant l’AG (que vous soyez présents sur place, ou participant à distance).

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2020

As you know, our General Assembly will take place this Wednesday, September 23rd.
 
If you have chosen to participate in person, please follow the instructions under point A below
If you have chosen to participate remotely / by videoconference, go directly to point B
 
In both cases, we decided this year to organise a system of electronic voting, secured by the blockchain. For this reason we are sending you a personal code (unique to your person) that will allow you to vote during the GA (whether you participate in person, or remotely).

Address and time: 4 Bd du Théâtre, 1204 Geneva from 5.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. (Wednesday 23 September). Please do your best to arrive early so that we may start on time at 17h30, out of respect for on-line participants.

We strongly recommend that you use two different devices for video conferencing and for voting. It would likely be most convenient to attend the conference on a computer, and to vote with your smart-phone.

Dear Members,

We remind you that our 2020 General Assembly will be held on
September 23rd, 2020 from 5.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. at
4 Boulevard du Théâtre, 1204 Geneva (in the premises of the CCIG).

The agenda is attached as well as the 2019 minutes and
the 2019 revised accounts.
The GA will be followed by a modest drink from 6.30 p.m.

Given the sanitary crisis, we are required to respect a certain distance between people. Unfortunately, therefore the room can only accommodate a maximum of 30 people.

The Assembly will also be broadcast live by videoconference so that all members who wish to do so may participate. We are also implementing an on-line voting system using secure and certified blockchain technology (a solution provided by Cryptolex).


If you wish to attend, please let us know by email: c.goncalves@sfgeneva.org until September 21st so that we can prepare an attendance list and respect the sanitary guidelines.
