This is a bulk email

I hope no-one minds me taking this initiative, I had the feeling my description was not coming across in the meetings. It didn't take long to set up and once a format is decided, it can be replicated and details amended for each issue. If we decide this is something we'd like to use, I am happy to help with the tecchie bits (mailchimp is a contrary monkey) as long as some other person(s) will take responsibility for supplying and soon entering the content.
