Kicking off the next 10 years with a new look
Passive Buildings Canada was Canada’s first national non-profit organization supporting the passive house community to build a more sustainable Canada and planet. This summer we celebrated 10 years of welcoming a diversity of approaches and voices to connect, share knowledge, and promote passive house projects.
We now have a new look and a new website at www.passivebuilding.ca. We will be rolling out new features but one thing we are excited about is our new member forum section. Like our popular listserv this is a place to promote discussion, ask questions and get informed answers. The advantage of the forum is that it will become, over time, a searchable resource for great passive house information.
You will also find on the website right now exclusive PBC articles including a recent interview with the folks at Indwell, Ontario's leading passive house developer (see below) and a piece on how Toronto Community Housing Corporation decided on their passive house standard (see below). We are still moving over some older pieces but you can find lots of great reading right here.
