To Whom It May Concern:
A case of COVID-19, the illness resulting from the novel coronavirus, has been diagnosed in two employees of Snyder Village in Metamora, IL. These positive cases are a result of the facility-wide testing which occurred this week in the Health Center. Snyder Village is supplying this written notification following directives issued by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
The staff members are in isolation in their homes. Snyder Village is notifying staff, residents, and residents’ next of kin/emergency contacts of the positive COVID-19 cases. Every step is being taken as recommended by authorities to contain the spread. The safety and well-being of those in our care and those on our staff remain our top priority.
