About 20 Class of 1970 folks met online before Labor Day weekend on Zoom (more about that below), and afterward I realized I hadn't actually planned to do anything special on our original 50-year reunion weekend (which is this next weekend). So, rather than simply stay at home and do nothing (which is pretty much life during the pandemic anyway), why don't we have a virtual 50-year online reunion while we're all still around and available?
We can take a group picture, give out virtual "awards" (e.g., who lives the greatest/least distance from Ramona, most great-grandkids, married the longest, etc.), and share memories of our classmates who are gone. You can wear your "going-out-to-party" clothes from the waist up and your lounge wear from the waist down. And don't forget to BYO adult beverage of choice to the party. Here are the details:
