Holy Names Returns
Monday thru Friday, 3-6:15 PM
Holy Names Crew will return to LWRC on Sept 28th.  Welcome new Head Coach, Chris Marr! He had been one of the assistant coaches at HNA, ran rowing programs at Mt Baker and is currently coaching competitive rowers at LWRC on Thursdays.

Pocock Turn- Blind Area
When you are heading east from LWRC, take care when you approach the "Pocock" turn, underneath the I5 Bridge.  Many rowers are either launching or landing at the Pocock Rowing Center. Slow down, look around and make sure you turn with your starboard oar near the red can.  Best not to be at full pressure, expecting to have the all clear! Keep moving well past the University Bridge.
